Ozone treatment disinfects water without harmful residues, while the IoT system provides continuous water quality monitoring for proactive farm management. This integrated solution aims to reduce shrimp mortality, boost farm productivity, and promote environmentally sustainable practices. ABIC funding will support the field pilot testing of the prototype, data collection, and refinement of the system.

Over the next six months, PT Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia will focus on integrating and testing the nanobubbles and IoT monitoring system at the pilot shrimp farm, collecting initial data and refining the system based on real-world feedback. In the next two years, the company aims to scale this solution across multiple shrimp farms, demonstrating significant improvements in yield, water quality, and economic benefits for farmers while promoting sustainable aquaculture practices.
